Are you dissatisfied with the assistance you received and would you like to make this known?
To perform our work properly, it is important that there is mutual trust and that you feel free to share your opinion.
Should you be left with a negative feeling after contact with the practice, please let me know so that we can discuss this together and learn from it.
If you remain dissatisfied, I request that you submit your complaint in writing via our contact form on the front page:
Upon receipt of your complaint, I will process it. You may be called if your complaint is not yet entirely clear. I will respond to your complaint by telephone or during a personal appointment.
It is preferable to have a conversation with you to see if we can reach a solution together.
If this is difficult for you or if you are unable to resolve the matter with me, you can discuss your complaint with an independent and impartial complaints officer. Everything you tell the complaints officer is confidential. The officer will work with you to find a solution and can attempt to mediate between the parties. The complaints officer can be reached via the complaint form on the SKGE website or by telephone at 088 0229190.
If you are unable to resolve the matter with me and mediation by the complaints officer, you may request a ruling on your complaint from the General Practitioner Disputes Committee. This independent committee consists of a chairperson (a legal expert), members representing patients, and members representing general practitioners. The committee is assisted by an administrative secretary who is also a legal expert.
The decision of the Disputes Committee is binding. You can find more information on the SKGE website.
